Then the mint shorted the order which in turn meant that my coins were not available the week I was told. The first thing your shipping manager did was to ship me the rest of my order. A few days later he called and offered a substitution of a more expensive coin for the Canadian Maple Leafs. All in all, great customer service! I will buy again.
