Ordered 10 Morgan,BU's to get started with G & S. Talked with a sales rep and requested some dates from the 1890's which she felt was doable. Received 5 different years but none from the 1890's as requested. Overall quality was fair with 2 coins dull & worn and 2 that were dirty. Changed my initial 3 star rating to a 5. No sooner had I posted my review the other day then a sales rep from G & S customer support contacted me over my posting concerns. Never in a million years would I have expected that! I thought the only folks reading the posts would be new or existing customers. He offered to replace any & all coins that I felt didn't meet the BU category. I've since returned 3 coins for replacement and have ordered 5 more Morgan BU's. Right now they have the best prices! That's pretty good customer support in my mind.

James, Thanks for the feedback. I am sorry you didn't get any dates in the 1890's, we requested them, we just didn't have any in stock at the time. My offer still stands with swapping out the worn or dirty ones if you would like to, just give me a call if you change your mind. Thanks, Eric Griffin

Trustworthy
They're very professional and customer-centric. Extremely reliable & trustworthy. Their prices used to be among the lowest in the trade. Now they're somewhere in the middle. So perhaps not ideal for bargain hunting anymore, but great to do business with!

A first time experience to become a habit.
Whenever you use a new website to purchase an expensive item, there are always doubts. Those doubts were allayed by the guarantee given by Norton that the item was as advertised and would be covered until received. I received my purchase and am very happy with it and the quickness that it was delivered.

Fair prices, good service
I am sure as with many people it takes a leap of faith to make major purchases online- especially with a company you have never dealt with before. I am happy to report G&S online was a pleasant experience. I feel the prices are very fair and the service was quick. I will purchase from them again.
