a little bit disappointment
I spend $600 dollars for your product. you do not want to spend $1.00 for package. what a disappointment. this is a gift I am going to give to somebody.

Charlie, Thanks for taking my call this morning. The sleeve that the 10 oz silver bar comes in is provided by the mint for protection against corrosion and scratching, and unfortunately is not gift oriented. Love your idea about providing the option for gift boxes on our site, we are looking into that. Thanks for that great feedback. Sincerely, Eric

Great to deal with!
I purchased 25 Canadian Silver Maple Leaf 25th Anniversary coins at a great price. Paid by check. Gold and Silver Online said it would take 7-10 days to clear before sending out coins. They sent out within 7 days. Very quick delivery. Coins are beautiful. Prices were best of everyone I checked on-line. Will purchased from Gold And Silver Online again.

The gold bar I bought my mother for her 75th birthday was perfect. I thought the shipping was interesting as it sneaked it's way into Texas but it got there just in time. Good product, Good follow up by Eric.
I paid by check and the money came out of my account on a Tuesday but they didn't ship my order until the following Tuesday which seems to be too much time. I was beginning to wonder if I had been ripped off. Eric called and explained the delay to me and everything was as stated in the check procedure.
