This was my first time buying gold. I had looked into it years ago, but just didn't know enough to know who to trust! Eric Griffin respond quickly to my first email, and I appreciated that, but when I sent him the second follow up email asking what exactly was the ACH system for payment? -and- why is the American Silver Eagle more expensive than others? ... he responded quickly again, (although I did not put any time limit on a response or any pressure for an immediate answer... it was more important to me to *get* an answer -and a correct one- than to get one quickly), but this time he passed me off to a Genia asking me to *call* because "It will be a lot easier to do over the phone." Not for me! Well, my mom came over the holidays... I talked to her about putting some money into gold or silver and just as I thought, she had questions. If I had emails in writing (not a "FAQ") showing her that I had already asked these questions -and- not only got my questions answered, professionally, I think she would have done it. If not then, after I received my shipment safely. Now she's home alone (in another state) and I just don't think she'll do it or ask for help on how to go about doing it... just too scary for her. For that, I am very disappointed.
