Your order was for the digital portrait, so there's nothing coming in the mail: your file was ready the same day you ordered, but it looks like the download email never reached you. We're sending your portrait to you again by email right now, so you can download it straight away. If anything is still missing, just reply to that email and we'll take care of it immediately.

Excellent portrait
Excellent portrait. Previewing is a great tool. Arrived much faster than expected carefully wrapped, packed and packaged. I will be getting many many more since I have 6 dogs!

Before I could even download the…
I originally did not download my photo in the timeframe required. Gold crown assisted me in retrieving the photo so that it was not lost. I am updating my review. Thank you for the great service Gold Crown.
