Is over filtered, doesn’t look like me plus I was still scrolling and didn’t mean to hit the purchase button tried right away to go back but they took the order and money so fast and will not refund me … terrible service!!!!

When I did the preview picture it looked really good, but when it arrived I was really disappointed. For the price I paid I honestly believed it would look like them and unfortunately it did not. Their cats actually looked better than they did. I would not purchase again.

My portrait was damaged and scratched. I had sent a message to support including photos and they never got back to me.

This company provides BOGUS discount codes and they refuse to honor the discount. Their customer service appears to be only available by email and it is obvious that AI is responding with vague answers, no solutions, and zero common sense. It is virtually impossible to speak to a live person. I have at least 6 emails that they responded to with the same “we’re very sorry that you are unhappy, but unfortunately we can’t help you - even though it is their mistake!!! This company claims to give you a 10% discount if you provide your email address. The code that was emailed to me was WELCOME10. I applied the code and it was showing under the discount code section, but the total remained the same (no discount). I emailed them because I couldn’t find a customer service phone number anywhere. The email stated that they couldn’t look in to the problem because the item was in my cart and the purchase had to be completed first. They told me I could email them again if the problem continued after making the purchase. Of course I looked at my credit card statement online and the discount had not been applied, so I emailed them after my purchase and received the same “canned” response over and over again. I even asked if I was speaking to a bot or to AI and my question was never acknowledged or responded to. To make matters worse they have a no returns policy, so I cannot return the photo and get my money back. My only recourse is to report this everywhere online, report it to the State Attorney General’s office, and dispute the charge with my credit card company. Fortunately I have lots of documentation from the multiple emails. This ENTIRE company is composed of nothing but AI. They claim to give a 10% discount in exchange for your email, but it’s a SCAM. Please support businesses that are built by humans and support humankind!!!

The stock photo you used had absolutely no resemblance to my Australian Shepherd! I was very disappointed as I thought this was going to be a tribute to my own dog not just somebody’s border collie.
