Although I liked the results I didn't like the coloured version. Far too orange and chocolate-boxy. I wish I'd ordered the black and white versions.

Before I could even download the…
I originally did not download my photo in the timeframe required. Gold crown assisted me in retrieving the photo so that it was not lost. I am updating my review. Thank you for the great service Gold Crown.

Quality and customer service
The product was great and I am very pleased with the quality. However, I emailed and requested the larger size and did not get a reply. It may have been too late to request a different size, but it would have meant more money for the company and it would have been nice to have received a response to my query.

I was pleasantly surprised at the result! My only thought was I wanted to do another immediately but you did not offer a discount for that.I feel you could have more sales that way if you do it right away!

I am pleased with our portrait we…
I am pleased with our portrait we ordered from here. My face and the dog’s face look close. But my lady's was a little off. Wish it could have been a better match. Had a little glitch with the post office tracking info, but was fixed after I notified them. I would still recommend it.

Unique picture
The picture was very nice and well made but a little expensive for what it was. It's not something you can always do because it is so expensive.
