Although I liked the results I didn't like the coloured version. Far too orange and chocolate-boxy. I wish I'd ordered the black and white versions.

The portrait that I ordered is wonderful. I had a misunderstanding but the team fixed it without any issues! Good quality, definitely a happy customer!

Absolutely beautiful picture created on canvas. Buying the canvas also gave the digital file which I printed for my parents and my Aunt and Uncle. Already looking at a new capture to include my partner. Will definitely buy again

I got a beautiful canvas of my 3 dogs and I. Was beautifully down. Was delivered with a bit of damage to the frame and they replaced it for free! So happy with all of the results canvas and all!

I ordered one of these portraits for my husband because he took the loss of our pets so hard. He saw the download they sent and insisted I have one with our other two “kids” thankfully the golden retriever is still with us. These were shipped very quickly, like a week if that. The thing I think I liked the most was they did a mock up without any commitment up front, and I could make changes if I wanted. Mine were perfect.

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Gold and Crown to think very carefully before doning so. I ordered a AI-generated family picture, but when the finished product arrived I was very dissapointed with the accracy of the likenesses. However what has dissapointed me even more is the way that Gold & Crown have dealt with my complaint. Rather than simply accepting that I am genuinely dissatisfied with the finished product and dealing with my request for a refund, I have been asked to photograph each person in the print and then explain what I think is wrong with all the individual likenesses, so that Gold & Crown can compare with the previouse approved digital sample. I feel that Im being asked to jump through hoops simply to demonstrate why I am dissatisfied. This feels also like placing the burdon on the customer to prove why they are unhappy rather than making a genuine effort to resolve the complaint. I did approve the digital sample but seeing an image on the screen of an I phone screen and then recieving the final physical product are not necessarily the same experiance. It was only when I recieved the final print that I fully appreciated just how dissapointing I found the likenesses. A good company is not judged soley by what it sells when everything goes smoothly. It is also judged by how it treats customers when things go wrong, unfortunatly my experince of Gold & Crown complaints process has left me feeling that obtaining a satidfactory resalution is unnecessarily difficult. I am being asked to spend time taking photographs identifying problems with likenesses and to explain my dissatisfaction simply to pursue a request for a refund. Keep my money! As a state pensioner the £99 you charged me is alot of money for me to lose but and I submit to your inconsiderate time wasting. My advise to prospective customers: be extremely cautious before approving the digital proof. If you subsequently recieve the finished product and are unhappy with it, based on my experiance the matter resolved may be far from straight forward. I certainly would not purchase from Gold & Crown again and could never recommend them.

The picture itself is nice, bought for a Christmas present unwrapped it from the packaging just to double check it and the picture has numerous creases in it which is a shame considering it wasn't cheap.

The quality of my canvas was exceptional. Moved me to tears. And the speedy shipment was a delightful surprise. A great company to do business with, will gladly use them again in the future. Thank you Debra.
