Hi Quang, we're sorry this has left you unhappy, and we'd genuinely like to put it right. Our records show all three pieces were confirmed delivered by USPS to the address you gave us at checkout, on 21, 25 and 27 August, all before this review was posted. We're glad to share those tracking records with Trustpilot, or with you, at any time. You did mention to us privately that one of the three hadn't reached you, and that is something we can still sort out today: tell us which one and we'll open a USPS trace straight away. For anyone reading this: if a parcel doesn't arrive, for any reason at all, including reasons that are not our fault, we reship it free of charge at our own expense. No questions, no argument. Just write to [email protected]. Quang, that offer has been open to you since our first message and it stays open. We'd much rather fix this than leave it as it is. Update: on September 1 and 2 we replied to your email and asked for photos of the packages you received. We have not received them. Carrier tracking shows all three parcels delivered on August 21, 24 and 27. Our offer to help still stands whenever you reply.
