I didn’t expect it to be as good as it is. I just sent 2 separate photographs of me and the dog . I didn’t say how I wanted it posed or any instructions. What they did was beyond all expectations and I know my husband is going to love it .

I ordered a portrait on canvas of my three lovely dogs. I was absolutely delighted with the interpretation and quality of the canvas but unfortunately it arrived with a broken frame which I think must have happened during transit. I immediately reported it to Gold & Crown and they were fantastic. Asked for photographic evidence which I gave and then sent me out a brand new one really quickly. So I now have it hanging on my wall and love it. Makes me smile.

Thank you for giving us the chance to put things right after the frame was damaged in transit. Your kind words about the replacement and our support mean a great deal to the team. Warm regards, The Gold & Crown Team
