I receiver the digital file the same…
I receiver the digital file the same day and was able to download it and even print a copy which I already have frames on my desk at work. It really came out amazing and I am VERY happy with it. So much that I have already used it as my new Facebook and Instagram profile photo. I have not received the framed print yet, but I am anxious to see it!

Thank you, Kevin! We’re thrilled the digital file arrived the same day and that you’re already enjoying it as your new Facebook and Instagram profile photo. We hope the framed print arrives soon and gives you that same excitement when you see it.

I love my purchase
I love my purchase , its breath taking , it looks like a beautiful painting , I tried to do one with my husband (deceased) and our two other dogs (also deceased) but when I got the preview it it kept putting the third dog as just random dogs, not my own so I couldn't get one made that I really wanted, I tried several times and while all the dogs they put in the photo were very cute, they weren't mine, that being said , I'm going to keep trying to make it work because it's such a beautiful product , I'm so happy with the one I have ! Thank you !
