I will never use this app or their services again. I have $10 on that app that I can’t access because of the two factor authentication error. I haven’t been able to receive a refund or any assistance. This company is getting away with taking folks money but not ensuring the customer can use the product. Awful business integrity, be aware when using their services. There is no refund and no one to ask for one or any one to assist u with issues within the app!

I had purchase a $150 card and then I purchase a $200 gift card and been emailing them a lot on the cards as pin has missing numbers they said that one of them have been used which is a lie cause I only have access to the card and the pin is missing numbers they said to make a police report etc this is crazy cause the pin is damaged they won’t do nothing about the problem as giving me the missing numbers I will never again use razer cards the other card they gave me missing pin and it was rejected when I tried using it

I was told Razer Gold are a good product, we went out and purchased 2 $100 gift cards. Upon scratching the code, the numbers starting smearing. So the code is unreadable, sent the cards to Razer Gold for review, today we received reply saying the cards has been used. We don't understand how we're they used ,if we can make our code. Please share with other Do not purchase Razer Gold gift cards, buy others brands, They stole $200 and refuse to make good on them.

Its been three weeks since Razer Gold service stole my money and wants more of my sensitive data for release it. It used to be decent gamers wallet few months ago. But now it's ordinary scam. You will reload your account and they will took your money forever giving you new rules of service just in case you want to use your money.. They will block your money as long as you resign, or they took from you fees for keeping your money after few months, preventing you from withdraw in the same time. Avoid!

Razer gold is a scam. Bought a card, redeemed it to a wallet before looking at games available. There are no games I play. I am unable to redeem my money or buy buy a pin to sell it. I have $50 I'm unable to access. The are stealing money from people and nothing is being done about. Lawsuit time to force them to rewrite policy.
