You protect this scamming company. Not the victim. Shut Razer gold down in the United States. They are not interested in helping victims. No customer service help. Cards were previously redeemed will not tell who used them. They protect scammers. Don’t purchase Razer Gold cards

Extremely disappointed with Razer Gold’s customer support. I was targeted by a scammer pretending to be from Smart Communications, resulting in an unauthorised PHP 1,000 Razer Gold charge to my Smart postpaid account. Smart confirmed the transaction and provided reference 212100292733941. I reported the matter to Razer Gold and provided all the documents they requested. Razer Gold then asked me to lodge a police report for further investigation. After I complied, they simply closed the case without resolving the transaction or providing a satisfactory explanation. My experience, particularly dealing with Nurathirah, was extremely frustrating. I expected the matter to be properly investigated, not simply closed after I had provided the requested evidence. Very poor customer support and accountability. I would not recommend Razer Gold based on this experience.

⚠️ Very Disappointing Experience – Invalid Roblox Code & Poor Customer Support I’m sharing my experience so other parents/customers can be more careful when purchasing Roblox credit online. I purchased $28.98 worth of Roblox credit for my son through their website. After making payment, the code provided to me was invalid and could not be redeemed. I contacted customer service expecting them to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the experience became even more frustrating. I kept receiving generic/automated replies, was directed from one place to another, and my actual questions were not properly addressed. As a customer, I simply expected one of two things: a working replacement code or a refund. Instead, I have spent my time going back and forth trying to get someone to take responsibility for an invalid code that I paid for. Based on my personal experience, this has made me feel extremely uncomfortable and honestly feels like I have been scammed. Thankfully, my purchase was only $28.98. I definitely would not risk spending a larger amount after this experience. I’m sharing this review based on what personally happened to me so that others can make their own informed decision before purchasing. I hope the company will take this seriously and provide a proper resolution instead of continuing to send automated responses.

This is company has way too many problems with people hacking into their site and cards saying that they have already been redeemed when you are not the one who redeemed them. They will never issue you a refund, even when the problem is totally their fault. I would not recommend wasting your money to support this company.

So I purchased my wrist card at Walgreens, and when I scraped it off, half of the numbers were missing. It took over two weeks to get the company to send me the pin and the number for the card to work. But I had already replaced the card because it didn't work. Because it was a gift for my nephew and I just wanted my money back. And this company basically made me wait around for 14 days. For them to send me a code that I can't even use. So I'm out $50. Because this company is a rip-off. I just wanted my refund back. You can't talk to an actual person and they just send you email after email blowing smoke about how they're working on it. But they don't really care. This company is a scam.

I bought razer gold gift cards at a Walgreens near me. I spent $550. I scratched off & the #s in the middle were damaged (could not read). The store tried to replace but said the register was rejecting the batch he tried to replace for me. So he said, it must have been an old batch. I read on the internet that sometimes that happens, that type of damage with old batches of cards. Of course.I contacted razer right away, sent them pictures.Of course. That's what they asked for did this several times back and forth the new case old case.Because they kept closing, but my story was always the same, because I am the one who purchased. Then, seven days later they tell me the cards were already redeemed and that they are not responsible for 3rd party purchases. That's bull the cards were still from razer company with their information in the back to contact the company for support. Razer never sent me replacements through the email, so somebody on their end must have used them because I know d***.Well, it was not me who used them for that amount of money i spent. Razer claims that they want their customers to be happy. That's so not true.Because I never got replacements, nor a refund.Don't trust them anymore, don't buy from them anymore period!.
