There's nothing really good about Razer at the moment - absurd prices and questionable quality of the Razer products like mice, keyboards headphones - few places to spend zGold - zGold / zSilver don't work properly, sometimes transaction fail and the balance is not kept up-to-date - zSilver are a pain to gather and they expire, so you can never get enough to redeem decent rewards, unless you are willing to spend an absurd amount of money in a short time - most of the zSilver rewards are out of stock, but you won't know that until you gather enough zSilver and attempt to redeem them - support, with a few exceptions, is useless and a time consuming - the game store was pretty decent, but they somehow managed to mess is up and close it
