there is no pictures of the product , just diagrams. There are no measurements so you have to know what you are looking for. I asked the chat room assistant for help and it was worth less.

Maybe a crappy review will get your attention!! I placed an order with this company on 4-9 for a set of tires and tubes. No tracking numbers sent. When I’ve asked about it via text I’ve gotten a lemme look and nothing after that. I will not let this go!! The reason I ordered these to begin with was because your site said Yes, We are open! No your not!! If you were open someone would answer the phone and not use text to run the service end of a business. Now lets see if I get a response! Edited response. Still haven’t received that tracking number. Corona virus huh. Funny that OBM and Go Power Sports has no problems getting stuff shipped out. Ohh I received a tracking number also. I’ve asked how many times for it?

Really bad customer service!! So hard to get ahold of anyone then when I did they did not help and was like pulling teeth to get an answer how to order parts. I ordered the gbmoto pocket bike, it didn't work, sent back, got a different one, throttle broke after only a few rides! Broke twice in 2 months!!! Parts are plastic thats why they don't offer any warranty. Go a different company!
