Very Nice responsive Employees. Website indicated they had a certain Mini Bike in Stock. I ordered it and as soon as I did it showed as out of stock. I emailed to cancel and was promptly refunded without a hassle, and this was a Friday Night. Excellent Customer Service. I will order again.

Person over the phone didnt really want to put the effort to see if you carried a chain tensioner for a go cart...he said did not carry and was short. I inturn i searched your web site and found. 2, I never got my 2 % discount ( i know its not much )you advertised the discount but not applied. 3. You also make the customer pay the overnight express ( $ 8.72 ) even though i didnt want that. I dont think your allowed to make the customer pay the upgraded over night fee.. I think its illegal 4, the part i ordered seems to work.
