Everything is great, but my passenger seat belt clip came broken. The strap that attaches around the waist. How do I get a replacement? Also, the canvas cover for the top of the car had stitching loose. Please advise

The Kart runs great! I will say, it was not clear when purchasing it how high a level of mechanical expertise is required to build it. The Assembly Guidance (not Instructions) does not include diagrams (except a single diagram of the final assembled Kart). Building it with my daughter (it was her request for her birthday) was a lot of fun, and we learned a lot - but the instructions could have been more detailed and the parts could have been better labeled to match the description in the instructions. Overall a high quality Kart and a good learning experience.

The first week everything went smoothly. After that time, I cannot get an response except canned replies. On May 8th, was the last communication which said the tracking number is pending. No communication since. I've tried numerous times to contact by phone, text, email and the website. I'm beginning to think I've been scammed. My next step is to contact PayPay where I paid and the Better Business Bureau! Not Happy at this time. If I receive the go cart, I will definitely revise this review. I didn't answer the first request thinking I would hear from you. When the second request was received, I decided to rate my experience so far...….

shipping box was well packed, components had sharp edges, fork pivot hole had to be reamed to receive 5/8 bolt, construction manual was included,seat was poor quality and small, kit seems to be overpriced but was complete with all parts.

They have very good and nice mini bikes!!!

Still haven't received go cart. and no update from company in weeks
