Probably the best online purchase I have made. From my initial inquiry through pick up, smooth process. Customer service TOP KNOTCH!

Ordered never received. Shipper lost my order and I could not get anyone from the seller to call me back. I had to get credit card company involved to get a refund

Beautiful even color flooring

All i can say is a big THANK You for great service

Ordering was great. Customer service was great. But shipping was not so good. All of the bottom boxes were damaged (5 boxes) due to poor palletizing it actually took 3 people to get the pallet off the truck because it was damaged so badly. We couldn’t see any damage before we got it unloaded at the job because it was wrapped really well and the damage was up through where the forklift either loaded or unloaded it.

Great service! Delivered residential right to my driveway, exactly on time, will continue purchasing material with service like this, better then my previous local supplier.

Excellent service. Floor was available sooner than estimated, perfect match for existing floor. Good price.

I was overall very happy , took a bit longer to ship tile but received it within the time promised
