Go HardwoodReviews of gohardwood.com

Best pricing for what we were looking for. Good customer service. Need to tighten up process and communication regarding pickup at depot.

I was overall very happy , took a bit longer to ship tile but received it within the time promised

Go Hardwood is great. I got low prices and great service on the phone. The flooring I ordered was available for an easy pickup at a trucking terminal just as expected after cross-country shipping. I was impressed. The only negative I see is that the company's return policy is very limited. I may have one box of flooring left over from my project, and I doubt that I'll be able to return it.

So far all has been good. Would have liked to have a "estimated shipment date" included in the order confirmation.

Customer service was good. The product was horrible. It was vinyl plank on sale. Now we know why it was for sale. It had so much glue adhesive on the back it got on everything. The paper back came off in pieces. We had to used goo gone to get it off our hands and floor. It was the worst experience. Never again

I needed a sample of laminate and you sent one in an expedient manner. Thanks

This was a great purchase. It was my first time ordering such a large shipment just from website photos. But, the product was exactly as pictured upon delivery. The shipment ran into a few delays. But, the staff were helpful and polite throughout. The delivery to my home was also difficult, just in terms of getting several hundred pounds of material into my garage. But the delivery person worked very hard to get the job done. Much thanks to his effort!

The flooring looks great however product took longer than originally told and I am still missing a piece for the stairs. Customer service has been exceptional. Would have received five stars if delivery services we’re better
