Ordered porcelain pavers from them. Paid 346 extra for 500lb pallet to be delivered to my curb. They do not deliver directly to your residence beware of this fact . Pick the stuff up yourself if they have it in your area and save yourself the headache.

I purchased flooring from Go Hardwood based on positive reviews and the 25 year warranty. I will admit that the customer service for order placement and fulfillment was excellent. The customer service now that I am having some quality issues has room for improvement. I have learned that the warranties that Go Hardwood advertises are only valid/supported while they have an active account with the flooring manufacturer. So, in the event that relationship ends at year 3 since your purchase and you start having quality issues, they will no longer uphold the year warranty that they advertised. If you choose to purchase flooring, make sure that you get a copy of the warranty at the time of purchase to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions of the warranty.

Delivery was 2 weeks late There was no communication as to shipping .expected delivery..in route .. delays..nothing. I had to jump through hoops and call constantly to get my info... Dean Torres said he would get info and get back to me..for over a week I couldn't get answers..no one would answer my calls or tell me garbage Therefore..I will not recommend you I will not use your services again. I will not look forwards to hearing any of my counterparts used you for there needs Not even a recommendation to be refunded for the almost $500.00 I was out for delivery and shipping fees.

The website should not COMPLETE the transaction if the ORDER has not met shipment minimums. My order went through but was never shipped because it was too small of an order. It should have never gone through. Make it so this is caught at checkout.

The hardwood, when it was finally installed is beautiful, which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one. However, two of the boxes of hardwood were opened and both were missing 1-2 pieces of the wood. Additionally, not all of the underlayment arrived, yet we were charged for it all. Overall shipping and customer service with the shipping company and middle person from Global Trans and interactions with gohardwood were extremely difficult. We were told multiple lies from the shipping company person and gohardwood, but we were told we would be refunded for part of the shipping and the underlayment. Eventually, I had to go pick up the wood myself, although I paid for shipping, and I still haven't received the refund I was promised. Please beware - they like to use the cheapest shipping option, which is often Volunteer Express, and they're have been multiple complaints with this company. As of 8/1/2019, we still haven’t received a refund for the missing underlayment OR some of the shipping costs that were promised to be refunded by Gohardwood.com. Very unprofessional and I will be contacting the BBB regarding the entire situation.

I emailed a request months ago for quantity availability, price and a sample. I never heard back at all.

I posted this before. but, no communication. Asked for a sample but received wrong sample. No reply email
