The guy on the phone was super rude. Just called to check stock and a quote - but was extremely rude and sounded like he just didn't want to talk to anyone. Says everything I need to know about a company.

My experience with GoHardwood was very disappointing. My goal was to add flooring to my staircase by matching my existing flooring. I wasn't sure about the reference to my existing flooring since it was done by the previous owner of the house. I ordered this Mohawk stairnose thinking it was my best option after I read the return policy very carefully and was OK with the 30% restocking fee. The delivery experience was quite bad. I ordered 7 stairnose units and they came in 3 different shipments. One shipment with 4 units, one shipment with 2 units and one shipment with 1 unit. Each shipment was poorly packaged, the hardwood was moving and not protected by any plastic wrapper or anything. As a matter of fact, UPS left a note saying that one of the shipments arrived with both sides open. Most of the units were damaged enough that the ends couldn't be used and had to be cut. Anyways, I called the customer service about returning the merchandise and they told me that I couldn't return them because of Mohawk's policy - they don't allow returning "accessories". This left me very disappointed since it wasn't in the return policy. Only have I known, I probably wouldn't have ordered from this website with blurry return policies.  The person I had on the phone told me they would reach out to Mohawk's customer service to see what he could do but never got back to me. My email with someone was left unanswered as well.

I am extremely disappointed with the set of Kitchen cabinet that I bought from Go Green. The cabinets are very expensive, but of very poor quality with a lot of defects. The service from this company is also very poor. A total waste of my time and effort.

Horrible business

I found this company online and got a quote for a lvp floor. I decided to go with the quote. The shipping options changed when i went to place order so i called the company instead. Jeremy informed me at that time that the website shouldn’t have quoted me a price. Instead he needed to verify price and stock first. Jeremy verified plenty of stock and correct pricing so i placed the order. Four days later i get an email from Jeremy about sku numbers changing and a cost increase of $1.87 per sqft for that product. This was an increase of about $1100 for my order. When i called their manager Eric he told me he’d look into the order and call back. When he returned my call i was informed the best he could do was take a dollar off the increase which would be $0.15 over their cost. In my opinion this was not my problem. If i was quoted 2x a sqft price of $4.99, which i in turn quoted my installation cost with, then that’s the cost i get. Not an email 4 days later that they want more money after I’d paid in full!!! BAD BUSINESS BEWARE!!!!

Lots of unusable boards. Scratches super easy.

Delivery took longer than expected and some moulding apparently was not shipped.I am still dealing with the shipping conpany but who knows when i will be able to complete the job.Even to complete this review i need to register my info.I paid money to not get everthing yet now i need to satisfy everyone else.This is exactly why internet sales are horrible because there is no customer service anymore.The company is always right instead of the customer.

Ordered never received. Shipper lost my order and I could not get anyone from the seller to call me back. I had to get credit card company involved to get a refund
