Dear Karen, Those are the two issues to help make us the cloud pharmacy of choice for America - 1) easy to use website 2) excellent prices. With our great clinical pharmacy team, we want to continue to give you and your friends and family great service. Thank you for the nice review. Chris Clifton, RPh/Manager

Great customer service and easy to work with. Gave me the best price on my prescription that wasn’t covered by my insurance.

Dear Kimberly, Thank you for the nice review. We want to offer the best price in the country for medications without the 15-30 minute line you will find at a chain pharmacy. Whether it’s a medication not covered or it’s a lower price than a copay Gogomeds wants to offer it. Cloud pharmacy at the touch of your phone via the internet is the pharmacy concept for the future. Thank you, Hai Nguyen PharmD

After I finally figured out how to order the meds, the experience was good. The website leaves a lot to be desired in ease of navigation, just plain figuring out where to to to order, and even if the prescription is still valid on your site. You could take a few pointers from the Humana Pharmacy website for ease of ordering.

The company started off a little rocky with my first order, but they made it right and every order since has been great! My prescription usually takes a few weeks to arrive after I place the order, so I have to remember to place it early enough so I don't run out, but this most recent order was delivered a few days after I placed the order. Very happy with GoGo Meds

Dear Ashley, Thank you for using Gogomeds. We have an auto refill feature so let us know if you want that option when there are refills remaining on your prescription. Please let your family and friends know about our low prices - frequently lower than insurance copay charges. Thank you, Ron RPh
