My prescription still did not arrive. I checked the USPS website which said my package was in Macon, GA. That is further from my home than the pharmacy in KY. Sent out of the way.

Thanks Ron RPh Dear Lawrence, 3/11/19 2:11pm The postal service is telling us that Macon, GA is the “hub” for your area. We received your prescriptions on 3/5 at 7:51pm and it shipped on 3/6, the next day. After checking tracking, the USPS website states your package will arrive today, 3 business days from the ship date. It seems they could use a closer hub between the two of us to cut down a day or even two off the delivery. We promote on our website, prescriptions can take 3-4 days for processing and 2-9 days for shipping. Of course we try to beat that with 24 hour processing and 3-4 day delivery or less. Hopefully your package arrives today as expected per USPS tracking. We will follow the tracking number to make sure. I thought I placed an order on auto refill, but wasn't sure. I sent an email to check on it and got a response very quickly. I didn't have the auto refill enabled, but the rep got my order placed and set me up for auto refill next time. Very helpful and fast service!
