Customer service rep was very friendly…
Customer service rep was very friendly when answering all of my questions and made sure to verify and correct a pricing question on my account. All reps I've had the pleasure of talking with have been very knowledgeable, patient with all questions, and have done research to be sure I get the most affordable price they can offer. I've only been a client for about 3 months now, but so far everything has been a positive experience.

The initial process is not as easy as…
The initial process is not as easy as it appears. Several phone calls were needed after signing on online. And the prescriptions were not delivered in time, so I had to go back to my original pharmacy and work with them on it. And no confirmation that future refills would arrive on a specific date. However, customer service people were friendly.

Dear Karen, Sorry the initial process was more difficult than expected. I am happy the customer service team was able to help and get your prescription processed and sent out. So Far, So Good!
So far, I've only received one prescription and ordered a refill but everything is pretty easy and I like not having to go to the pharmacy. Your sign-in is quite simple and straight forward. I'm happy with the ease of ordering, unlike my other prescription service, which is a pain. Thank you so much!!
