It takes too long to get my medicine in the mail. It’s been a week and I still don’t have my medicine. Unacceptable.
Response from GoGoMedsAug 19, 2019
Dear Courtney, We will get the information ASAP and follow up with you on the status. While we promote processing the prescription in 3-4 days, it’s usually quicker. The postal service can take 5-10 days but its usually 3-4 days. A representative from our customer service department will call. Thanks Ron RPh Dear Courtney, 8/19/19 4pm After follow up, we have tracking data showing the package was delivered 1 week ago. A rep from our customer service department will follow up for next steps. Thanks Ron RPh

Gordon
I truly like GoGoMeds for their upfront pricing and the service they offer. However, there seemed to be a large gap between the time this Rx was filled and the time of shipping it out. This order was placed on 8/8/19, billed on 8/13/19 and as of 8/16/19 it still has not shipped. I think they could do better. Thank you!

Dear Gordon, Kristina will send you the tracking number, the expected delivery date is tomorrow. Possibly the initial tracking number email was sent to spam. We received the prescription late 8/12, processed on 8/13 and it shipped 8/14. Shipping usually takes 3-5 days so hopefully it comes tomorrow like USPS is stating. Thanks Ron RPh
