This is a great product! I ordered two inserts for my kids and it made all the difference for them. The company realized that I made an error when I was placing my order and double checked with me to make sure I was ordering the right item. I really appreciated their attentiion to detail and their professionalism.

Horrible customer Service, messages are taken from a call center. You will never be able to get in contact with the person processing the order. I called about 4 times n left messages requesting a return call n I was never called back. On the 4th call the CSR got an attitude n offer me a refund.

Easy to navigate

Product makes me dizzy when wearing it but I put in my prescription from my glasses that don’t have that issue.

This was the best priced prescription swim goggles i was able to find, especially for farsighted because most places only have them for nearsighted. My son has horrible vision and wanted to be able to see when he swam. I ordered some prescription swim goggles for him a few years ago from here and just ordered some new ones because his prescription changed and he loves them and asked to get updated ones. I love that you have the option to completely customize it with astigmatisms if you want to or they just come with the near/farsighted only and you can have it different for each eye which my son absolutely needs. I recommend this company to anyone.
