Great service on goggle inserts
We purchased prescription ski goggle inserts for my husband. Order arrived on schedule, but unfortunately provided blurry vision. When brought to our local optician, it was discovered that our doctor’s prescription had a mistake on an axis number. My husband needed quick turnaround to reorder the inserts for an upcoming ski trip in Europe. This company provided expedited turnaround time when our situation was brought to their attention for a reorder. We are very pleased with the high level of customer care that we received. The only issue that we experienced was the initial call went to a third party answering service and response time was slow. We had much better response with email communication direct to the company.
