When we first ordered the goggles for…
When we first ordered the goggles for our 1st grade daughter for soccer, we were excited to have them in time for the upcoming games. However, there was a mishap in the order, apparently he tint wouldn't work. So they Upsold us to transitional lenses. That was corrected in 2, 3 days from order date. They said there will be an additional charge in which they provided a discount. We approved. However, weeks went by And no goggles. Apparently, they didn't charge the card the additional fee. So I had to do that finally another anorher week and after a phone call we manually had to make the additional fee. Today we still do not have the goggles, our season is ending in two weeks. I'm also consirned if they will even fit right.
We ordered these on may 2nd of 2019 and we still do not have them today or even know when they will be shipped.

To assist you, we will ship your order via express shipping as soon as possible (free of charge). If for whatever reason you are not happy with the goggles once you have received them, simply let us know and we'll help you resolve it one way or another.
In light of your feedback, we do hope you could consider the following:
1) We have recommended the change in lens type to Transitions polycarbonate to better protect (better impact and shatter resistance) your daughter since she plays a contact sport (color tinted lenses ordered are for casual wear only as stated on our website).
2) Standard lead-time for Transitions lenses takes longer compared with regular lenses. We were not aware of when you needed the goggles by. From the time payment for the lens change was made a couple of days ago, the goggles/lenses are actually ahead of our stated production lead-time and are schedule to ship out in the next 24 hours.
3) As for charging your credit card for the lens change, we do not keep any record of our customers' credit card information for security and compliance reasons, hence the use of an electronic invoice, sent to your email address, as stated on our email to you at the time of our discussion on lens change.

Recommend ordering insert frames with prescription lenses
I ordered ski goggle insert frames only - no lenses. 3 different opticians were unable to make my prescription lenses since the frame expandable arms caused them to be too big for their labs machines to trace the lens shape. I went back to GogglesNMore had them make my prescription lens. They did, and delivered them in a new frame. The prescription lenses are accurate to my prescription, and I now have an extra frame. With the lenses that I now have, I can update to a new prescription locally, should I choose, since the lenses are traceable.
