The process to order prescription…Camille’s Summer Fun
The process to order prescription goggles from GogglesNMore was so simple. The website is user friendly, they walk you through every step. We had an amazing experience. My niece will have the best summer ever!! I have a video of her excitement! My heart is happy.

The ordering process needs to be…
The ordering process needs to be improved. I had to ask customer service for a status of my order. And if I knew that the goggles were made overseas I may have made a different decision. The actual ship date /receive date was not readily available. I bought these expensive goggles to train for triathlons. I decided to spend the money and then had to wait....my order status said processing for over a week plus....no update..I had to ask what the process actually was...

Hi Dwight, Thank you for your feedback and for letting us know who you are so that we can look up your order for you. Your order of custom-made goggles was produced then shipped out within 7 days of the order being placed (a notification email was sent to you with the parcel's tracking number). As stated on our website, items are shipped from our logistics facility in Hong Kong and production of custom-made eyewear usually takes a week or so. According to USPS, your parcel had already been delivered; within 5 days of from the date of shipment. Please liaise with your contact at your designated delivery address if you haven't already arranged for collection of your parcel, thank you. Best regards, The GogglesNMore Team

This was our second pair of googles we have purchased for my daughter. Good price and quick turn around. Without her prescription googles my daughter wouldn't be able to see her coaches. Good quality. I would recommend these to anyone needing prescription googles and will be getting her next ones when her prescription changes.

Great quality and great price
Great quality and great price! This is the 5th pair I have ordered--each time my child's Rx changes, I get a new pair (at this price and quality of item you just can't not! )

Best shop for astigmatism sport goggles/swim goggles
This is the only site I found that was helpful and accurate in getting me swim goggles for my daughter with both far-sightedness and an astigmatism. Truly great customer service and the product arrived when they said it would. I will be purchasing again as her eyes change!
