The crew worked all day, no breaks. Did a good job. Just missed one spot for the border. And I have a chip on one of the titles pieces already. It’s only been a week

My experience with the 3 men who did the installation was fine. A lady, who one of them called, I assume to say they had finished, asked me if I had been given the cleaning package. When I told her, no, she said for me to ask him about it. I did, and the same young man who had made the call to her said, he had not given one when they picked up the flooring. He said he would have one sent to me. I have not received it and I would like to know if the message that I did not receive one at the time of the installation was ever given to anyone? I would like to clean my floors and it’s my understanding that I need the broom and whatever else is in the package to do this. Would you please follow up and message me the date I should be receiving it?

The installers did an awesome job that I can see. After observing the how and what the procedure was and the size of our floors I think the price was way to high

Great job on the LVP install. Installer was on time and did a great job. He even replaced some of the existing toe moulding so the old would match the new and not be such an obvious transition. Very pleased with his work

Go Flooring had a great experience with the workers. They were very professional on time precise with the work and it even things that I couldn’t move put away. Workmanship is great. The materials is very nice. They came exactly when they said they would be here . They were finished in one day from front to back, I got my whole house done. Recommend them to those that can actually afford them. You know with any professional Flooring is a little pricey, but theirs is the least out of all of them. Completed floor looks great and professional. The only issue we had was timing, we were told installers would be at my house between 8am and 12pm. They didn't show up till around 3:30, messing up our whole day. And no compensation for time.

It was pretty easy. The sales guy came out and with in 10 days we had new carpet. The folks that put it in were very fast and cleaned up everything. A great experience all the way from start to finish.
