So disappointing. I had almost my entire home covered in tile and when it came time to grout they left gaps and didn’t go to the edges of walls. They sent a guy to fix the issue and he simply showed ME how to mic the grout and do it myself. He did a few patches and left when he was supposed to regroup me entire floor. He spent more time telling me how he wasn’t going. To listen to his female boss or follow her instructions. There are too many other companies out there to deal with such abysmal customer service.

Just saw the commercial. Maybe dont use AI slop to promote a buissness where you pretend to act like you put time and effort into flooring but too lazy to put effort in real marketing. Shameful and embarrassing for a company.

They are awful, they made so many mistakes and wouldn’t come back to replace or fix anything, we have tried so many times to get them to come back, waited this long to send a review hoping at some point I would here from them before I sent a review but I have finally given up. I don’t not recommend at all!! Don’t use.

Deceptive sales and contract practices. They want you to sign a contract as fast as possible without going over the details of pricing. Then if you want to cancel they try to charge you 30%.

Had a scheduled and confirmed free in home consultation, but nobody bothered to show up!!!!!!

The installation is perfect,mine cost $13.00 sqft including old carpet removal,furniture moving,that not competing compare to local installers.

I have made 2 appointments with Go Flooring only to be called the day of and told the "tech" had an emergency and couldn't come. Ok, I get that for one time, but not both times. Apparently, they aren't that interested in selling a whole house of flooring!!! If they can't make a visit they shouldn't be in business!!!!
