The company rep., Javier, was friendly and easy to talk to, he helped us choose the color closest to what we wanted. We liked that it was an American company, using American manufactured (Mohawk) flooring and Made in the USA sub floor material. The installers spoke limited english so there was no communication with them, but they were professional and worked till 7pm trying to get the job done in a day. They did have to return for two hours in the am to finish and they brought a fourth person who spoke english more fluently. They removed linoleum from the kitchen and carpet from the living room and discovered a height difference of a 1/4" so we had to pay an additional cost to add plywood to the living room and hallway, but the seamless flow has a much better look.
