Excellent communication with representatives anytime I had questions. For the most part everything communicated is through messaging on there platform which is super easy to navigate. I received my medication today overnight and everything was super cold and packed perfectly. What I really like most about goby is that you’re able to choose the pharmacy that you want as opposed to most telemedicine providers out there not allowing you the option.

I’m concerned that my order was not kept cool enough. I’m in Arkansas and temps are 100°+. The way my meds were packed the single melted ice pack was at the bottom, then the syringes on top of ice pack. Then alcohol wipes on top of the syringes. Then paperwork next and finally the med vials were on top mashed against the lid.
