Communication is awful
Communication is awful, I specifically asked for delivery after certain date and was told all will be good. Product was delivered early and is now sitting out in the heat for more than 24 hours. Still no response with reassurance that all will be ok.

Hi! Thank you for letting us know. A member of our support team will be in touch with you today. So sorry for the issue and early delivery. Regarding the heat - The good news is that based on stability data, this medication stays effective for up to 4 days at temperatures as high as 104°F — so a warm arrival doesn't compromise it. The pharmacy actually includes a card in each shipment explaining exactly this, since it does happen from time to time. As long as everything looks intact inside the package, you're good to go. But someone will be in touch with you today about this as well!

Transparency and quick turnaround
From quick responses to all my questions to being transparent on the pricing and dosages…very pleased!! 2 day delivery is the greatest!! And the rewards program looks like that will be beneficial eventually I hope!! Thank you Goby Meds
