Medicine Delivered Very Hot
The prescription, which is supposed to remain refrigerated, was delivered in a hot package. The vial of trezepatide was very hot. The cooling packet was also very hot to the touch. Apparently, you used 2 day shipping which is too long to keep the medicine cooled. I am not sure if I should take this very expensive medicine or not.

The good news is that, based on stability data, this medication remains effective for up to 4 days at temperatures as high as 104°F, so arriving warm does not compromise it. The pharmacy includes an information card in each shipment that explains this, since it can happen from time to time. As long as everything inside the package looks intact, you’re good to go.
