I love how quick Goby works
I love how quick Goby works. Everything happens in such a timely manner and I always get my medicine in time. I had one issue with delivery but that was out of Goby's control. I used another provider in the past and I missed doses because they were so slow and their customer service was very delayed. Thankfully, I've never had to reach out to Goby's customer service, so I can't speak to that.

Overall great company and support
For my experience it’s taking a longer than expected time period to actually achieve my goal. My wife started when I did and she did fantastic results. But the company sticks with you and helps you extremely well.

Efficient service
I’ve been very pleased with my experience! I’ve used GobyMeds for 8+ months now. Response time is very quick. My meds typically ship the next day and are on my porch just days after I order. I have received my meds from several pharmacies at this point but all have been equally effective.

The pharmacy should not ship an…
The pharmacy should not ship an overnight package on a Friday when it sits all weekend in a warehouse. It arrived today in 90 degree temps and was very warm. I really question if the meds that I just spent nearly $500 on are even safe now.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! This is helpful as we work with our pharmacy partners to continuously improve our processes. Based on their stability data, the medication is considered stable for up to 4 days at temperatures as high as 104°F. The pharmacy also includes a card noting that it's expected for the medication to arrive warm at times and that this does not affect its integrity. As long as the contents appear intact, the medication is considered safe to use.
