In the end
In the end, I was able to get the correct prescription and it was shipped quickly do I my next injection would not be too delayed. I very much appreciated that, but getting there was difficult. I had at least three different providers trying to assist with no one apparently reading the previous threads to know what was going on with my health issue and request. When it appeared resolved and I approved the script, someone communicated to me that someone would be helping me shortly as if I hadn’t been helped at all. I am not sure how you “assign” cases but this was very disjointed and I lacked confidence that anyone knew what was going on. It wasn’t that complicated or should have taken that long to figure out.
