1st time customer and will be the last. I was on Semaglutide prior @100 units . Goby medical team needed me to send in my prescription from prior and said they could get me on the same but would be added with B12 but was equivalent to what I was using . I was and always have been consistent with my weekly injections so what they sent me was a vial and only to use .47 units which mind you the medical team said was equivalent. Not at all ! I contacted and messaged the team and was told I was not on the 2.3 platform?? I was started at the near bottom again?? Why in the heck would I go backwards? What sense does that make ? I’ve requested a refund will do another review once I get my answer . Extremely disappointing and such a waist of time and now money hoping they do the right thing a return my money or better yet put me on correct dosage I was told I was getting.

To help with any confusion, different pharmacies offer different concentrations of medications. This may make how many units you are injecting different depending on the pharmacy! Some medications are at 2.5 mg/mL and others can be 5 mg+/ mL all depending on the pharmacy/medications/additives.
