Shipping was bad
Shipping was bad. Should be using next day on medication that needs to be kept cold. 2 day shipping took 5 days and they only ship on business days. Either use a service that ships 7days a week or use next day to ensure it is delivered cool. The ice wasn’t touching the medicine. The ice was on the bottom, then the paperwork, then the ups bubble wrap bag. So it defeated the point of keeping it cool. Packaging to keep something cool isn’t complicated and used frequently with food services.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. We ship our medications with an ice pack as a courtesy. The majority of pharmacies do not ship out Friday or the weekend. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide remains stable even when exposed to elevated temperatures. Based on the stability data our pharmacies, the medication is considered stable for up to 4 days at temperatures as high as 104°F.
