The experience with GobyMeds was great. I would just look into how the pharmacies are shipping their medication because even with the goals being in an insulated thermos with ice packs it’s still all arrived room temperature. If I was new to using this company or this type of medication, I would have had much more concerns.

Portal is easy to use and response time is quick. No hidden fees.

BEWARE of long lead times if you need your prescription quickly. My last order with Goby has already taken twice as long as other orders, and I still don't have my prescription! I'm on day 10 and still waiting, as I just received another notification that my shipment has been delayed again. To make matters worse, I've left messages with Goby support (you cannot call them, you can only message them) and they still have not answered me after 2 days of waiting. Update: after this review Goby reached out via email about the order. They are working toward a resolution.

Just getting started will upgrade as my treatment continues if appropriate.
