Package was delivered hot. There was one cold pack on it that was hot. Just annoying at how much I spend on this and it shows up like that.

Our medications are shelf-stable and maintain their full potency even after several days at temperatures reaching 104°F. While we include a complimentary ice pack as an added precaution, it is normal for it to arrive melted and does not impact the quality of your order.
