I have been waiting for my prescription to come for over two weeks, last month the same thing and now they are asking me to up my dose, for next month without seeing how I respond to this months prescription without seeing how I feel, every month it's late, how can I lose weight with out soon constantly, no communication with them

Received my initial shipment in Apr and then my refills in May/Jun/Jul no problem. Then for Aug everything fell apart. Approved for refill/order confirmed and my CC charged 10 days ago, and now, nothing, no word on shipment, no response to phone messages, got some kind of email message that I can’t open due to some server issue on THEIR side per my IT guy. I’m losing my trust in them. Maybe time for me to seek my GLP-1’s elsewhere….

The shipping was quick, but in 6 weeks, I have only lost one pound. I have not had any side effects, and I stay hungry. I keep wondering if it really is semaglutide.

My concern is with billing and the follow up to get it resolved. I have been trying for over a month to get a copy of my prescription, for my FSA payment and still nothing. When this was originally charged, they charged it as a supplement, not a prescription medication. Therefore, my FSA wants a copy of the prescription, and I have yet to receive it. The overall patient care is subpar considering they will not pick up the phone to get this handled. I have reflected on my entire experience and realized the lack of human interaction is sparse at best. I never spoke to a medical professional, they reviewed the basic questions but never talked to me or asked questions. This should have been a red flag, but I decided to the journey was going to happen. I just want them to call me to resolve the billing information. As for the medicine, it has worked for me and it is $702.00 for 3 months. I am on the compounded Tirzerpatide.

My order was approved 11 days ago. Haven't received any shipping information. They say a max of 7 business days? There are hard to get a hold of. Soon I'm gonna dispute my $477 CC charge. Thanks

First time customer excellent communication fast approval and received meds (3 month) super fast

I am a new client and while the medical staff is wonderful the customer service are rude and refuse to fix an issue that they created. When I signed up I entered my credit card and realized it was one that I didn't get points on so I changed it that day prior to being approved for the medication. The change was showing correctly when I got the approval. They charged the wrong card and when I brought it to their attention they said they would look into it. Not hearing anything back I wrote them again and got a nasty reply and a note saying they would not fix it. It's funny how my card must have been charged before the approval.

So far this has been a seamless journey. Received 3 months supply very quickly.
