Ordering was quick and simple from start to finish. I received fast responses to all my questions, with clear information about doses. The payment process was smooth and secure, making checkout stress-free. Overall, everything was easy and hassle-free—I’d definitely order again.

This place is horrible they ripped me off sent me a vial with one syringe full in it and then wouldnt refund or make it right ask me to send everything over pictures and all and I did then never got a response for weeks then they tried to charge me again then I finally was able to cancel and they still never refunded me or tried to make it right screw this place

I will say that with 1 of my orders, it didn’t come for 4 days and was very warm, that was a big concern for me, they were concerned as well and had it replaced ASAP. The rep Eric Tapan, Lead Coordinator I was dealing with was wonderful and professional. One thing I don’t like so much is the price increase when I see the lower offers that they are now giving.

Horrible communication and never sent 3 months worth of medication. Send 8 weeks. After I paid for it!! Do not recommend

They aren’t a good company. The delivery isn’t timely, their directions are awful, their “nurses “ don’t reply for days. Stay away!

I have generally been pleased with the process and impact of the medication. There seems to be some bugs in their system that impacts communication and the prompts to complete tasks you receive when you log-in. The Bioverse team has been great at responding and acknowledging the issues, but there has been little progress made in actually solving the problems.

The sign-up process is quick and easy to complete. As for now. I haven’t had to have any interaction with anybody, but we’ll see what happens when my prescription renewed in three months. Thank you for having such an easy process.

Every thing has been exactly as I expected
