Title: Unprofessional Support Experience and Unclear Multi-Tiered Fee Structure I am writing this review to share my objective and honest experience with Goat Funded Trader, supported by full account transaction records and chat transcripts. 1. Repetitive and Unhelpful Customer Support The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating and inefficient. Support agents consistently fail to read previous conversation histories or check account logs. Instead of addressing straightforward questions about active accounts or platform mechanisms, agents repeatedly send automated or copy-pasted responses asking to restate the issue, before abruptly closing the chat ticket due to inactivity. I had to go through identical repetitive loops over multiple days without receiving clear, direct assistance. 2. Complex and Multiple Payment Requirements to Access Payouts Prospective clients should be fully aware of the payment mechanics involved before starting a challenge. Passing an initial phase is not the end of the required fees. To progress through evaluation stages (such as Pay Later challenges) and ultimately obtain an account eligible for profit withdrawals, users must pay initial fees, secondary transition/reset fees where applicable, and a separate "Activation Fee" ($118 in my order history) just to receive the live funded account. These are my bad experiences with this company. I highly do not recommend them to anyone. You have been warned.

You keep repeating the allegation of coordinated trading, but I have clearly stated that I traded independently using my own ICT analysis and never copied anyone else's trades or shared trading signals. You provided an Excel spreadsheet containing trades from other accounts whose owners I do not know. Similar trading times do not, by themselves, establish that I coordinated trades with those traders. I also noticed differences in lot sizes and execution times in the report. You have now rejected my appeal and declared the decision final, but I still do not feel that my concerns have been properly addressed. My expected payout of approximately $4000 was rejected, and my $200,000 account was breached based on an allegation I strongly dispute. I have also seen other customers publicly describing similar experiences involving account breaches and rejected payouts. This raises serious concerns for me about the transparency of your payout review process. I am asking GFT to provide a clear, evidence-based explanation rather than simply repeating its original conclusion. I know how I traded, and I stand by my statement that my trading decisions were my own. To other traders: if you have experienced a similar situation with GFT, please share your genuine experience and explain how your case was handled. Other traders deserve to make informed decisions based on honest customer feedback. My complaint has also been submitted to Prop Firm Match for further review. I will update my review if there is a meaningful development. I cannot recommend GFT based on my experience.
