I am very disappointed with the recurring technical issues I have experienced with Match-Trader at Goat Funded Trader. On October 13, 2026, I was managing an open trade and tried to secure my position, but Match-Trader executed the opposite action and would not allow me to make the changes I needed. As a result, my Stop Loss was hit, and I suffered a loss. I contacted support, explained the situation, and thankfully, they refunded my loss. However, on October 14, 2026, I experienced another technical issue with Match-Trader, even though I had no open trades this time. This makes me seriously concerned about the platform's reliability. I also did not receive any advance notification about maintenance or technical problems. I requested to switch my account to MT5, but I was told this was not possible because I had already placed my first trade. My question is simple: How am I supposed to trade confidently if the platform keeps malfunctioning whenever I need it? Do other traders experience the same issue, or am I the only one facing this problem? I appreciate that the support team responded quickly and refunded my previous loss. However, repeated technical issues and the lack of advance notifications make it difficult to trust the platform. I hope Goat Funded Trader takes this issue seriously, investigates the recurring Match-Trader problems, and provides a permanent solution, such as allowing affected traders to switch to MT5. Traders deserve a reliable platform that allows them to manage their positions properly and trade with confidence.
