Interview invite that never arrived
I had several smooth payouts with GFT, but my latest one has turned into a mess. I submitted my withdrawal on 12 October and it's still unpaid. I've had an automated reply, a vague promise that the payout team would be in touch, and a warning about sending duplicate messages. Compliance then sent me an email that was meant for someone else. Next they told me I'd been invited to a compliance interview. That invitation never reached me. I've checked every folder, asked for it to be resent, and said I'm available immediately, and nobody has answered. If a firm puts your payout on hold for a review, the least it can do is make sure you can actually attend it. Poor communication from a firm holding traders' money.

Customer service is so poor
Customer service is so poor, you don't have sense of urgency when helping customers. So that makes it very impossible to recommend people. Just try improve the way you handle things and customers.

REJECTING PAYOUTS WITH ANY REASON
this they are rejection my payouts they are asking me to do the interview, so they can reject my payout not a valid reason , this is sooo if they don't find a reason to reject the payout they will just gonaa say to dp the interview and for not any reason reject the payout

My 50K account was closed while holding…
My 50K account was closed while holding trade without breaching any rules, I just received mail that my account is closed and separate email is sent to me but never received mail. Now I'm highly disappointed to be honest.

I bought 6 challenge accounts with gtf…
I bought 6 challenge accounts with gtf at different time as a beginner trader and all got closed rightly so due to drawdown violation. When I was happy with my progress I brought a $10k instant challenge and this was where the wheels fell off. As the minimum trading days progressed towards payout, they kept decreasing. When I'd reached the minimum trading day around, it wouldn't be reflected on my dashboard. Help chat told me wait it out as delayed effects sometimes happened but it never got rectified. When I continued trading nonetheless and reached mor minimum trade days than can be disputed and was pending payment, they froze my account during open trades in order to induce a drawdown violation. When I flagged the account as frozen it got resolved before drawdown violation but was closed nonetheless. An email was sent to inform me of the closure and the reason was said to be explained by another email which never came till today. My emails for explanation were ignored instead I received emails solicitating me to reset and or buy more challenges. I waisted time Executing trades on this platform and money I could have used to buy elsewhere. My advice to anyone is don't be fooled by their cheaper accounts and neon lights, They are fraudsters with game.
