Easy to purchase account. All details are shared on there website. Only had some issues with withdrawal. Took 4 days to receive withdrawal. Team response is there but it take a day to reply, therefore withdrawal/payment took so long. But overall seems good.

It's good only as per your discounts and little cheaper prices. Otherwise I have below issues: 1.My 25k account didn't hit daily drawdown and it was 14 dollars left but you breached my account. 2.Other firms are giving payouts very quickly but your 14 days cycle plus two days and if it is weekend then it becomes 18 days. Don't you think 18 days or even 14 days are too much? Make it 7 days payout cycle. 3.My 5k account also got breached same like 25k account. Drawdown was not reached and it got breached 7 dollars before it touches daily drawdown. I have screenshots.

Spread rate in recent time is higher than usual and remove 2 minutes profit rule, as no one is perfect and knows that particular forex pair is having high impact news, and current market scenario is such that high impact comes at any time... So please help in this regard

Hi Sumit, Thank you for sharing your feedback and suggestions. We understand your concerns regarding recent spreads and the 2-minute news trading restriction. Spreads can fluctuate depending on market conditions, liquidity and volatility, particularly around major economic announcements. These fluctuations are not necessarily controlled by the trading platform. Regarding the news trading restriction, our trading policies are designed to maintain consistent risk management standards across accounts. We appreciate your suggestion and will take your feedback into consideration. We encourage all traders to familiarize themselves with the applicable trading rules and remain mindful of scheduled high-impact news events. Thank you

The 3 trading days, is just too much, spreed is too high, 3 percent transactions fee during withdrawal also too much , 4 percent maximum profit on your first two withdrawals don't make sense.

Minus one star for — awful worse than bot support chat agents. I received payout from GFT but binance needed pincode address and other details regarding the payout and their agents drained all my energy and they have zero understanding. And another minus one star for changing minimum trading days requirement to 4 days to be eligible for payout. Rest is good. Edited 14th October — I asked one of the moderator Issac that "I took the trade long before but If I modified sl or tp within this 5 minute window, then does it have any effect on trade?" I didn't mention if I hit to or sl my question was about modification and guess what he replied "If You hit TP in the news, you will get only 1%" How can someone be this dumb I mean com'on there customer interaction agents are shit like they just give answer after reading script. Binance and Nostro firm that closed btw but it literally had the best customer chat support agent and mods and with GFT, literally zero understanding I'll prefer another firm once I make couple of payout from it. Yess It gives payout! It's the only reason I'm still here.

The process is a little aggravating. I hate not continuing my trading after I request a payout.
