My name is Mohamed Ndassiwa, and I would like to raise a serious concern regarding my experience with Goat Funded Trader. I successfully traded my account through all required phases and met the necessary conditions without any issues being raised at any stage. However, the problem only emerged when I submitted a withdrawal request. At that point, my payout was denied on the grounds that my account was allegedly accessed from Germany. I have made several attempts to resolve this matter through email, but despite my efforts, I have not received a satisfactory resolution, and my payout remains unpaid. I would like to emphasize that I have never used a VPN on any of my devices. Furthermore, there appear to be inconsistencies in the location data being referenced. For example, even the Tanzania-based location associated with my account is approximately 500 km away from my actual location which is Arusha Tanzania and I am in Dar es salaam, which raises concerns about the accuracy of the tracking information being used. I also requested clarification on whether any trades were executed from the alleged Germany location, but this has not been addressed. Instead, the focus has remained on requiring me to provide evidence regarding a location I have never accessed. It is particularly concerning that this issue was never raised during the evaluation phases and only surfaced at the point of withdrawal. This raises questions about the fairness and transparency of the process. I respectfully request a thorough review of my case and a fair resolution to this matter.
