Today I received a text notifying me that a new device had been used to access my GO2bank.com account. PS (I don't have an account). Super strange. All of the info I can look up on this co. is bad. I'm not sure what's up here... but I intend to ignore the message. Good luck hope someone can get to the bottom of what's going on here.

I am the victim of an unemployment scam. An account was opened in my name, but Go2Bank apparently can't close it - because I never activated it. I made three separate calls on the same day I received the card and I got 3 different answers. Customer service has such a thick accent I couldn't understand the first person. But I thought she said she closed the account and would forward me to Go2Bank - but the system cut me off. The second call kept cutting in and out, and the third customer service person is the one who said they were unable to cancel the card.

Well. Where do I start. GO2BANK apparently has an opened account in my name, I started receiving texts alerts March 2021- stating that an I trusted device had accessed my account, an account that does not exist. I contacted the company who set the account to fraud but verified it was in fact in my name, at which point I researched online. This is linked to an unemployment theft scam where claims are made in your name for unemployment benefits which are siphoned and taken by the criminals. As you might consider, this can have major implications on you. So I had to file fraud with the irs, as well as unemployment for my state, contact my employer on top of freezing the credit bureaus and also contacting Go2bank (who refused to provide me with information that I would need to provide to law enforcement). Once the card arrives, assuming it is coming to my address.. I then need to go to law enforcement. Anyways, I will never do business with them, ever.

I have never loathed a "service" more. The "Aurelia" thing that "chats" with you is so obviously an AI with canned responses. It lies about my account. As soon as I deposited cash in the account, they disabled the card. They keep telling me "We are sending you a better card" What is a "better card?" It doesn't matter, because every time I look.....it's going to arrive in 3 days. Yes, for 7 days it has been arriving in 3 days. I hope a class action lawsuit obliterates this shill. DO NOT USE THEM. You will be sorry if you do. I promise.

I filled a dispute and on the 10th business day didn't receive my provisonal credit or get a update about my dispute but when I contacted go2bank customer service they told me I should receive a email about my dispute and about if I'm eligible for provisonall credit and been 15 business days still haven't received a email or provisional credit WHY NOT?

Their customer service is horrible and they make false statements and acknowledge that they are lying which outweighs any of the good the app actually does. I have been waiting for weeks without funds they have already been credited back, the company that did the transactions admitted they shouldn’t have and they full cooperated with the bank in returning them. Now it’s been well over their 10 business day provisional credit rule and I haven’t seen anything! Then they tell me every time I call the credits coming tomorrow. Well tomorrow never comes with this bank. If you like being lied to, jerked around, not responded to and take advantage of by all means join them. However if they could get their customer service together and be an honest reputable company I would recommend them the app is amazing and works wonders.
