I would give 0 stars. GO2 Bank is a scam. Please do not purchase this card from Walgreens or anywhere else. I’m disgusted that Walgreens are selling these cards and they’re scamming people out of their monies and you can’t recover what is lost. I put $138 dollars on a prepaid card I purchased from Walgreens. I couldn’t activate the card at all. I was instructed by customer service to send a copy of the front/back of the card, along with receipts. They sent me an email back, saying they can’t refund my money because I sent the information to a recipient. Never sent the info to anyone but them. Now I can’t get my money back & be he can’t prove or tell me who the recipient was??!! I reported them to the better business bureaus, nothing! Please do not use this company, you will lose your money… just read the reviews before purchasing.

Do not use this bank app it’s trash, I got my new card today and tried to activate it but it’s saying it not recognizing my card even when scanned it and manually entering it NOTHING WORKS!! I tried to live contact an associate on the website but she took forever to respond to I ended the chat.

Horrible bank!! Everyday they decline my card for unusual activity and I have to wait a hour to use it. This is stupid and they act like they can't do anything about it. Do not use this bank what so ever!!!

Absolutely terrible. Basically a legalized scam. Claimed they couldn't verify my identity despite me giving all accurate and real info. When I asked why, they couldn't explain it. As a result, they only gave me access to basic features of the account - however, I had deposited $190 at Rite Aid when I bought the card.... so basically they kept my $190 and said that I could not withdraw my money at an ATM but I could only spend it (how convenient). That's basically theft. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor who hung up on me. Stay away! They still owe me $190 that they are now claiming will come in a check but the check will take at least 2 weeks to be issued. Thieves.

Awful bank. Luckily we've never had an issue with direct deposit or access to our money, but they will randomly shut off your overdraft and customer service will repeat the same "10 overdraft limit" line even if they are aware you haven't exceeded that limit. Basically, if their system glitches, they will do nothing about it. Their customer service is awful in general and I should know better than to trust a bank that operates solely online. Don't trust them with your money.

Worst Bank in the world I have an account with them which I will be closing soon one they try to control your money to they steal your money and three their customer service ain't worth a penny. Open an account with them was the worst decision I've ever made in my whole entire life I would much rather go to the store and buy a vanilla gift card then recommend this bank to anybody please be warned.

Go2 bank lied. I'm a truck driver and I did the direct deposit. 200 over draft. Turned out to be 54. Over draft then they shut you off. That is sorry business. I'm on the road and need food. Don't use Go2bank. Can not be trusted. Not there when you need them. Every one I know is going to be told. Put me in a bind..I will never trust Go2bank.
